Welcome to Alpha Academies Trust

The Alpha Academies Trust has been established to create a network of primary & secondary academies in North Staffordshire. Our purpose is to deliver a first-class education for every child and overcome inequality. This means that we recruit the very best staff and make their professional development a number one priority. Based in our excellent teaching facilities our constant ambition is to provide progressive and stimulating curriculum, from pre-school to sixteen and beyond. We care about the whole child and the development of rounded capable young people who will influence the world to the good and go on to be employed in a wide range of areas.

We are committed to work with stakeholders, partners and other Trusts. Together we can create a joined-up offer that will bring about transformational education from birth to adulthood and help to make our locality vibrant. We play our part as civic leaders and take seriously our responsibilities to the community. Environmental sustainability and digital transformation are fundamental to our work.

We believe that it’s important to evaluate the standard of our work through research and development and by listening to other successful schools and academies. We’re always looking for the approaches that make the greatest difference to children’s lives and at the same time support the well-being and workload of our staff.

If you are interested in the work of the Trust and would like to support us in any way – either as an employer, a member of staff, a parent, a pupil, or a governor then please contact us.

Year 5 had a lovely morning at Ford Green Hall building on their learning in class about the Tudor period.

The children learnt about how elements of Tudor life have impacted on our lives today. They also had the opportunity to take different roles in Tudor society (with a chance to dress up thrown in!)

Everyone showed great knowledge and participated with real enthusiasm. The year band demonstrated our MASTER values with maturity and set a great example of our academy. Well done everyone 👏🏻
