Supporting Children’s Mental Health Week 2025
Children’s Mental Health Week 2025 takes place from 3rd to 9th February 2025, with the theme “Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.” Organised by the charity Place2Be, the initiative encourages children and young people to explore self-awareness and understand how this can help build resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
This year, in partnership with Here4You and supported by The Walt Disney Company, Place2Be is using characters from Pixar’s Inside Out 2 to help children express their emotions and explore their inner selves in a fun and relatable way.

How You Can Get Involved
There are many ways to support Children’s Mental Health Week, including:
✔️ Talking to children about their feelings
✔️ Encouraging self-expression through art, writing, or play
✔️ Promoting positive mental health strategies, such as mindfulness and exercise
✔️ Getting involved with school or community activities for the week
By working together, we can create a supportive environment where children feel safe to explore their emotions and develop positive mental well-being.
