Current Collaborative Activities
Our existing initiatives reflect our commitment to working together effectively. These include:
- Governance Collaboration: PET representation on AAT standards committee and AAT representation on the Quality of Education committee.
- Strategic Initiatives: Active participation in the Futures Forum to develop a progressive skills curriculum.
- Leadership Engagement: Representation on the CEO partnership board to guide strategic direction.
- Digital Collaboration: Joint projects, including the School House Computing Hub.
- Career Development: A joint Year 9 careers event to inspire future aspirations.
- Teacher Training: Partnering with Teach First SCITT to support new educators.
- Student Support: Shared pastoral initiatives for secondary schools.
- Academic Enrichment: Masterclasses for secondary and sixth-form students.
Evaluating Impact
To ensure the success of our partnership, we will conduct mid-year and end-of-year executive review meetings. These sessions will allow us to assess the effectiveness of our activities, make improvements where needed, and strategize for future growth.
