Year 10’s Dive into Future Careers at Alpha-PET Futures Fair!
“The future is now!” That was the buzz today, as Year 10 students from The Discovery Academy, The Excel Academy, Moorside High School, and students from The City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College had a brilliant time checking out future careers at the Alpha-PET Futures Fair!
Today, students got to:
- Explore University Options: Seeing all the cool things you can study.
- Learn about Apprenticeships: Finding out how to get hands-on skills for a job.
- See what the NHS does: Learning about all the important jobs in healthcare.
- Get tips for College Applications: Getting ready for their next steps.
It was a really exciting day as students talked to experts, asked loads of questions, and started thinking about what they want to do. This event was super inspiring, helping students get excited about their futures.
