Charlotte Bennett
Charlotte is currently the Centre Principal at Macclesfield College, having previously held the position of Director of Quality and Higher Education at Stoke on Trent College, where she was dedicated to improving educational standards for over 15 years. Born and raised in Stoke on Trent, she has a deep-rooted connection to our community and a passion for fostering educational excellence. Charlotte’s career in education began as a lecturer at Stoke on Trent College, where she developed a first-hand understanding of the challenges and rewards of teaching, this experience laid the foundation to transition into Quality, where she helped to ensure that the College delivered a high standard of education to all learners and one that meets the skills needs of our local community.
In addition to her professional experience, Charlotte recently graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s in Teacher Education. This advanced study has further enriched her understanding of pedagogical practices and educational leadership, equipping her with cutting-edge strategies to support both teachers and students in achieving excellence.
