The Senior Leadership Team and Governors are looking for a Special Needs Welfare Practitioner to join our driven, committed and enthusiastic team. We are looking for a candidate who is a motivated team player and is able to both fully engage children in their learning, thus improving outcomes and successes for them, and become integral to all aspects of academy life. This role involves personal care of students and will include physical activities including but not limited to lifting and manual handling on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and aspirational individuals to join a creative, supportive Academy.
