Temporary Teacher of English to cover Maternity Leave
6.5 Hours a Week, Temporary to 31st December 2021
MPS/UPS (£5,143 - £8,320)
The Alternative Provision Hub which is based at The Discovery Academy, is seeking to appoint a temporary Teacher of English who demonstrates an infectious passion for teaching their subject as well as supporting students to become the best version of themselves and who will work to innovate and improve the quality of teaching and learning across the Academy. The Oaks Hub is an alternative provision for students at risk of exclusion. The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with a range of students with differing needs. With your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject you will develop a great curriculum experience in line with the whole Academy ethos, enabling all students to make exceptional progress. The successful applicant will be passionate about academic excellence, collaboration and delivering high quality teaching for every student.
